Proof

Thirty seconds of sourced, on-brand video on the day the news breaks, with an audit trail your compliance officer can sign.

Regulated brands are told no on AI video because nobody can evidence what the model claimed. The product here is the audit trail. The video is how it is delivered.

Who this is for

Consumer-facing regulated brands in Ireland and the UK that already run paid social. If you do not run paid social, this is the wrong service: the videos would have no distribution and you would be paying for creative that nobody sees.

How it is kept honest

Every claim traces to an approved source
You approve a source registry once. After that the script critic refuses any claim it cannot re-open and read. A figure that appears only in third-party summaries is cut, not softened.
Twelve deterministic checks on every finished video
Hook length, time to first payoff, beat length, loop closure, loudness, caption safe area, caption echo, dead time, reading load, resolution. Measured, not reviewed. The gate report is what your compliance officer signs.
Disclosure generated from the build
Not written by hand and not remembered. A video with no narration cannot claim a synthetic voice, because the disclosure is read off the artefact.
Nothing on screen that is not true
No number counts up, because every frame on the way is a figure nobody published. No bar is drawn for something with no quantity behind it. Your brand colours come from your own published stylesheet.

The two rules that made this necessary

  • Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, the AI Act, Article 50 — transparency obligations for synthetic content, applicable from 2 August 2026.
  • Central Bank of Ireland, revised Consumer Protection Code — effective 24 March 2026, with new guidance on advertising and digitalisation.
